Stéphanie Le Men-Tenailleau
Stephanie has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1998. As a tax lawyer, she developed specific expertise in the optimization, from a tax and social security standpoint, of high level executives compensation.
Before co-founding Galahad, Stéphanie created the Compensation & Benefits and International Assignment department of Lexcom, of which she was a partner for 7 years. She also worked with Capstan, Baker & McKenzie and Slaughter & May.
Stéphanie advises companies on their global compensation strategy and on the implementation of share-based and profit-sharing schemes, and also high level executives in relation to the optimization of their global compensation, and in the structuring of their management packages. She also deals with international assignments, more particularly on tax and social security aspects.

International Assignments : Practical implementation of complex international situations
Stéphanie assists companies of all sizes in analysing, implementing and monitoring the international mobility of employees and corporate officers. The firm’s practice is cross-functional and covers the employment law, tax and social security aspects of mobility. Stéphanie works closely with correspondent law firms around the world to provide integrated, practical solutions for each mobility situation.
Stéphanie is particularly involved in the implementation and practical management of complex international situations linked to new forms of mobility (multiple State workers in the European Union or between third countries, international remote working, management of multiple employment contracts and company mandates in international groups, etc.).
Employee share ownership and savings schemes
Stéphanie has developed a domestic and international practice in employee share ownership and savings schemes over many years. She assists French companies in setting up free share plans, BSPCE, stock option plans and employee share ownership plans under the PEE scheme. She also assists foreign companies in optimising and adapting their various types of employee share ownership plans to French rules.
Stéphanie is also involved in managing the social and tax consequences of the mobility of beneficiaries of employee share ownership plans.
Employment tax
Stéphanie has developed a specific practice in employment taxation over more than twenty years, covering the social and tax treatment of all elements of direct or indirect remuneration, during the term of the employment contract or corporate mandate, but also of sums paid at the time of and after the termination of the employment contract or corporate mandate.
International talent management
Stéphanie assists her clients in managing and coordinating the various tax and social security regimes in France and abroad, which are essential to the effectiveness of an international talent management policy.
